Meet Nancy Mace

Nancy Mace is a trailblazing American politician and dynamic businesswoman who has been shaking things up as the U.S. Representative for South Carolina's 1st congressional district since 2021! As a proud member of the Republican Party, she made headlines in 1999 by becoming the very first woman to graduate from The Citadel's prestigious Corps of Cadets, breaking barriers along the way.

Before making her mark in Congress, Mace displayed her leadership skills as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020, while also thriving as a commercial real estate agent and entrepreneur. In an impressive victory in 2020, she not only made history as the first Republican woman from South Carolina to serve in Congress, but she has also been re-elected in both 2022 and 2024!

Known for her bold fiscal conservatism and independent spirit, Mace currently chairs the House Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation, where she champions cutting-edge policies. As a dedicated mother of two, she balances her political career with family life in the vibrant city of Charleston. Nancy Mace truly embodies the spirit of leadership and innovation!
