Poll Observers!
Poll Observers provide an important service in the election process. They watch the goings-on within a voting site and make sure all appropriate rules and guidelines are being followed. If they are not, it is the role of the Observer to contact the on-site Judge and request a remedy. Poll Observers don't interact or talk to anyone who is voting, the role is totally to observe and report on what they see.
